The Speaker Presence Scorecard
Score your online presence the way a booker does
We score every speaker we review across eight categories. Run the rubric on yourself — be honest, and score each one from 1 to 5.
The 8 categories
- ▸First impression — do your profiles instantly read as a pro speaker?
- ▸Posting consistency — do you stay visible between engagements?
- ▸Clip quality — does your footage match your stage presence?
- ▸Keynote footage use — are you actually capturing and using your talks?
- ▸Hook & storytelling — do your clips grab attention in three seconds?
- ▸Authority & proof — logos, testimonials, big-stage credibility?
- ▸Platform reach — are you showing up everywhere bookers look?
- ▸Booking path — can a planner find your work and book you in seconds?
How to read your score
Out of 40: above 33 means you're strong and just need consistency. 25–32 means you're functional but not compounding. Under 25 means you're leaving real stages on the table — and it's very fixable.
